Renovation of a Grade 2 Listed Farmhouse
This project required the sensitive restoration of a Grade 2 listed property in the North York Moors Nation Park.
We insulated the building to modern standards and then fitted a new pantiled roof, new extension and repointed the property with lime mortar all to the National Park regulations.
Inside we caulk boarded the internal walls and then Hemp plastered them to create the traditional finished required by the Parks authority.
